Three plans, a free trial that connects to your real CRM, and every adapter on every plan.

What each plan buys

A plan is a monthly allowance of captures and the seats to send them. Every plan gets every CRM adapter — charging you extra for the one integration you will ever use would be a strange way to run this.

What counts as a capture

One message. One text, one email, or one shot in the app — however many photos rode along with it, and however many records came out of it. A photo of a sign-in sheet that yields eleven leads is one capture.

What happens if you go over

Nothing gets lost and nothing gets thrown away. Captures over the allowance are still received and still stored — they queue, unread, until you move up a plan, and then they are read. We would rather hold your leads than drop them.

Why we do not bill per photo

Per-photo pricing makes people ration the thing the product is for. The AI costs us a few cents a capture and we would rather absorb that inside a plan than have you hesitate before shooting a card.

Annual, invoicing, more seats

All possible and none of it is automated yet, because there are two customers. Email [email protected] and a person will answer.

Before you pick one

What if it reads something wrong?

Then you find out before it is filed, which is the whole point. Every field comes back with a confidence, and anything the model was not sure of is flagged and highlighted next to the photo. You are correcting four characters, not retyping a card.

Nothing reaches your CRM until a person clears it — unless you deliberately switch on auto-file for reads above a confidence you choose. Handwritten notes, insurance documents, measurement sheets and contracts always go to the strongest model; they are never sent down the cheap path.

Is my customer data safe?

Your captures belong to your company and are isolated by account — a file cannot be read by anyone outside your org, and that is enforced on every single request, not just in the UI. CRM credentials are encrypted before they touch the database.

Photos are sent to an AI provider to be read; the subprocessors page lists every third party that can see one and is generated from what this deployment actually has configured, not from a template. You can export or delete everything from Settings, and set photos to delete themselves after a number of days. The security page says where we are still weak, too.

Does it work with my CRM?

Today: JobNimbus, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot and Pipedrive, with a real mapping for each — contacts, leads and jobs go to the right object with the right fields, not into a notes blob.

Every plan includes every one of them. Connecting takes an API key and about a minute.

What if my CRM isn't on that list?

Two answers that work the day you sign up: a signed webhook to any endpoint you control, which is enough for anything with an API or an automation tool in front of it, and CSV export in your CRM's own import layout.

And a third: tell us which one. An adapter is a single file written against a documented API. With two design partners there is time to write yours, and we would rather write it than lose you.

Do my crew need accounts, or an app?

No. A canvasser texts a photo to your number, or emails it. They never sign in, never install anything, and never see your CRM. You add their number once so the system knows they are allowed to send.

What does it cost to run?

The only per-capture cost is the AI reading the photo — a few cents at current prices, and it is included in your plan. We do not bill per photo, because pricing that way makes people ration the one behaviour the product depends on.

If you exceed a plan's monthly allowance nothing is lost: the captures still arrive and are stored, they simply wait to be read until you move up. See pricing.

How long does one take?

Ten to twenty seconds from the photo landing to the extraction being ready, most of the time. A ten-page estimate takes longer. The slow part is never the machine — it is how long the phone takes to upload the picture on a bad signal, and a capture that arrives is queued and processed even if the phone walks out of coverage straight afterwards.

Something not answered here? [email protected] — it goes to a person.

Where this actually is

Snapfiled is new. Two companies use it — a roofing contractor and a residential real-estate agent — and they shaped it, because both of them had independently spent a month of evenings building a worse version of it before we met. That is the whole customer list, and you are reading a page that says so rather than a page with a wall of logos on it.

What that buys you, if you are early: the person who writes the code answers the support email, and if your CRM is not on the list it can be on the list this month.
